As you look through our menus there are a few things to keep in mind.
All menus are suggestions, they are not written in stone. As our guest you will spend time with our Executive Chef, not a sales person,  discussing the food you like and what makes you happy.  Our chef will listen to you and offer you many new creative ideas and some traditional ones as well.

My passion for cuisine is evident in every dish I create.  However, I would be foolish to think that I could do this without you, the customer.  I welcome the opportunity to sit down with you to discuss your personalized menu and tastes.  No idea is too difficult and I enjoy any challenge you may have for me.  My philosophy on cooking is that the food should be fun, visually appealing, and above all else, an experience all its own.  When your guests put down their forks, they will know that you, the host, have gone out of your way to impress.  I look forward to taking you on a culinary journey through the vast expanse of the gastronomical universe.  I'll do the driving, you'll be the navigator!
